Looking for the best food ingredients in Tokyo? Recently theres has been a vegan revolution in Tokyo that has captivated gourmands. Here at the Aoyama Farmers Market you will have the opportunity to meet artisans crafting original food products in a chill and relaxing outdoor space.

There are many fresh and prepared foods to try too! Food purveyors are passionate and knowledgeable in their specialties. Hand crushed lemonade from ORGARS is the perfect foil to summer heat. Several variations on ice cream are available including vegan options. We see a lot of collaborations between farmers and food vendors resulting in delicious new combinations. The other week we had blueberry lavender ice that was amazingly delicious.

Stop by the Kikusumi Tokyo Knife Shop booth and say hello 🙂 Every week we bring the best Japanese knives to the market many of which bear our original design. This week we have new Enju wood coated in FUKI URUSHI handle knives – part of our original FURU series of Japanese wood handle knives. We started this series to address the growing concern over sustainability of our resources. To our delight there are beautiful woods within Japan to craft knife handles from. Some have special oils that we now up-cycle into aroma products. The future is bright when we consider our impact and value every part of the resources we consume.
